Culture Collision 11. It’s happening!

What is Culture Collision?

Culture Collision is an organization dedicated to fostering all of the nonprofit performing and visual arts organizations in the New Orleans metro-area. For ten consecutive years we have kicked off the cultural season with a unique happy hour, with last year including over 90 of the city’s most entertaining organizations. It is our goal to introduce potential audience members, volunteers, patrons and artists to the diverse mix of arts organizations the city has to offer.

When and where is Culture Collision?

Culture Collision 11 is Wednesday, August 29, 2019 from 5:30 – 8:00. The location of this year’s Culture Collision will be The Ogden Museum of Southern Art. It is free to the public and features a performance showcase.

How can my organization get involved?

We invite all nonprofit performing and visual arts organization to participate. Tables are assigned on a first-come first-served basis, and we try our best to distribute the announcement citywide. Join our mailing list to get all announcements directly from us. We do charge a table rental fee, which means you do not have to bring a table (or chairs) with you, but you are responsible for any linens and displays.

  • Click here to join the mailing list for notifications sent to participating organizations.
  • REGISTRATION: Click here to submit your organization and information for the Culture Collision website. There is a $100 participation fee. Partial payments at any time will not be accepted to hold a table, so please pay attention to the date. This nominal fee helps to cover expenses for the event, including table and chair rentals, A/V equipment and marketing collateral.
  • PERFORMANCE SHOWCASE SUBMISSION: TBD
